chocolate brownie

This dish is also eggless. Chocolate brownie goes well with hot coffee and also the perfect base for sizzling brownie (brownie with vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce.)

ingredients
all purpose flour(maida0-1 1/2 cup
powdered sugar- 1 cup
milk-1 cup
refined oil- 1/2 cup
cocoa powder- 1/2 cup
coffee- 1 tea sp
vinegar- 2 table sp
baking soda- 1 tea sp
vanilla essnecs- 1 tea sp
walnuts( pieces)- 1/2 cup

method
Mix all powders in a bowl (flour+sugar+cocoa+coffee+soda)
mix vinegar in lukewarm milk in a separate bowl
make a dig in the 1st bowl ( powder bowl) and add oil in it.
add milk vinegar mixture spoon by spoon in it while stirring continuously.
add vanilla essence and mix well
add walnut pieces
Transfer the contents in a greased tray and bake at 210 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
You can also microwave for 4-5 minutes on high power.
